WOW! This is one of the most dynamic sports board games you will ever see. It's titled Challenge the Yankees and was issued in 1964 & 1965 by Hasbro. It is an amazingly good looking game from the cover to the accessories. The cover features a tremendous color litho of the old Yankee Stadium (prior to renovation) and three cameo's of Yankee players (Mantle, Tresh & Howard). The game pieces include player cards (25 Yankees & 25 All-Stars-listed below), a terrific game board with scoreboard, instructions, game cards, line-up sheets and more. The box cover shows significant wear and a small piece of the small side apron is missing. The cards are in excellent condition and have no writing.
