WOW! We'll bet there aren't too many of these (if any) Willie Mays model kits signed by the "Say Hey Kid" himself. The model is part of Aurora's "Great Moments in Sport" series of the mid 60's. It shows Mays making his famous catch of the 1954 World series. The model has been built-up and painted beautifully (appears to be professionally done) and was signed by Mays on the base. Mays included the inscription "24" with his signature. The signature comes with a COA from JSA (James Spence Authentication). The cert # is D99438. Also included with this lot is the original box hich features incredible art work. It will display nicely with the model. Don't miss this opportunity to own this unusual signed piece.
