Hartland Plastics has long been known for their tremendous series of Baseball player statues issued in the late 50's/early 60's. This original Babe Ruth statue is one of the finest examples we've ever handled. The uniform color is about as white as you will ever find. The paint is strong and their are no rubs or marks. The statue stands perfectly on its own and comes with its original bat. This lot also includes its hard to find window box, hanging neck tag  and brochure. The box shows significant wear and has some tears & creasing. The front panel has been torn off to reveal its window opening (the panel is not present). The window cellophane is original. The sides and back of the box have Major League team logos. Although it is in rougher condition, it still displays nicely.

This lot also includes the hard to find hang tag. The tag has minor wear and overall is in excellent plus condition.An original Hartland brochure is also present and in near mint condition. This brochure pictures the entire line of 18 baseball statues along with several western and football statues. This is a must have lot for any collector of Hartlands.
