This doll was issued shortly after the Rangers were formed follwing their move from Washington. It features their mascot wearing a cowboy hat. The doll has super bright coloring and very strong decals. Tyhere's some minor roughness under the rim and a small paint fleck on the brim of the hat. It comes with its original box.
