This booklet was issued by The Sporting News and is dated 1959. It's an interesting look at baseball rules with some involving oddball situations. The cover artwork was done by famed sports artist Willard Mullin and the booklet is loaded with drawing by him. It's in excellent plus condition. A must read for any fan of baseball.
