This incredible doll is one of the rarest non-sport bobbing heads in the hobby. It's of the comic character Popeye. It is bright & clean with a strong base decal. There are no chips or cracks and only minimal roughness under the rim. There is a small paint scuff on one of the back corners of the base. It is totally original and in beautiful condition.
