Of all the non-sport bobbing heads produced in the 60's, the Universal monsters are probably the most popuar and rarest dolls in the hobby. There were only three issued- Frankenstein, Wolfman and this Phantom of the Opera. This doll has nice coloring. there appears to be a repair on the back rim of the head and the base decal has been enhanced. It's still a very presentable example and again- incredibly hard to find.
