Wow- this is the first Georgia Bulldogs "Carter-Hoffman" that we've ever handled. It's unusual in that most of the "C-H" Bulldog mascots are portrayed on all fours. This one stands on his hind legs. It's 4.5" tall. There's very light scuffing on the ears, but overall it's near mint.
