Here's one of the key dolls of the Color base series of the early 60's. it's of the PCL's (Pacific Coast League) Seattle Rainiers. It is bright & clean with strong decals. There are no chips or cracks. There is a small faint line of excess paint on the back hair. It still would grade near mint.
