This doll is from an obscure set of L.A. Dodger doll commonly referred to as the "Don Drysdale" series. There are three dolls in the series - a pitcher, a batter and a catcher. This one is a catcher. "L.A." is pad stamped on his hat. The doll is bright & clean with no chips or cracks. felt has been added to the bottom of the base, but it still grades near mint. It is one of the best looking series in the hobby.
