This doll is from a series of bobbing heads referred to as Suzy Smart. All featured professions that were largely women oriented. this one is of an Phone Operator. it has a comical saying on the base. It has beautiful coloring with no chips or cracks and would have to grade near mint. All the dolls in this series are considered rare.
