This extremely rare bobbing head is the miniature version of Mantle. We guesstimate that that there are probably 25 large sized ones to every 1 mini that is found. This example has strong decals on the chest & base. The uniform color is a touch off-white. There are no chips or cracks, but there is a small paint fleck on the side brim of the hat. It still looks great. The original magnet is still present.
