There were 20 total statues issued in conjunction with Baseball's Hall of Fame in Cooperstown in 1963. This one is from what is commonly referred to as the 2nd series. These statues were made in much smaller quantities, and most are considered rare. This statue is of Hank Greenberg and is one of the toughest of the series to find. It's in beautiful condition. The plaque is near-perfect. There is some minor discoloration on his face. It comes with an original box which shows wear but still displays nicely.
